Raw Brownie Energy Bars
These delicious and raw brownie energy bars are the perfect partner for a day of adventure sports! Imagine, you’ve just hiked 3 hours up a mountain, but you aren’t quite at the peak and you aren’t quite ready for lunch. You’re running low on energy and need a little boost to get you to the summit for lunch (with a view). This is the perfect snack to have for that last push when you’re running on empty! If you were to give one to a friend, they’d probably think they’re eating a brownie… they are so fudgy! Nom nom nom!

Instructions
  1. Weigh everything out and put everything in the blender
  2. Blitz the ingredients until it is a sticky consistency. If it is not sticky enough, add a tsp of peanut butter or honey
  3. Put into a tray and firmly press down. Place in the fridge overnight, or if you're in a hurry, 2 hours)
  4. Cut and serve! Or take with you on your adventures!
